For those who are interested, this is the way to access to "Display adapter properties" in this build:
Actual command is: rundll32.exe display.dll,ShowAdapterSettings 0 He forgot the .exe on rundll32. Note does not work well in multi monitor set ups and windows decided which monitor adapter to display.
.exe is not needed, it works fine without that (except you have damaged your Windows Environment Variables).
Was wondering why display adapter settings were gone, I even asked discord, now I know why. Thx guys. I reinstalled drivers and everything.
You can convert to any SKU from Core (Home) edition. This can be accomplished either offline by mounting the install.wim or online by key insertion.
