they still haven't fixed the problem of not being able to fresh install from USB or with multiple hard drives installed onto mbr partitions
If you are unable to completely boot from the USB (like not being seen at all), review secure boot and legacy mode settings in your BIOS. If you are using Rufus to burn the ISO onto the USB, ensure that (Partition scheme and target system type) is the same as your Hard Disk's partition. So, based on the partition type of hard disk, chose the appropriate type from the drom down menu. Otherwise, change the partition type using "diskpart".
For all windows 7, 8.x and 10 you can simply format the USB FAT32 in explorer and just extract the iso to it and it will boot UEFI and Legacy Bios, only from 17025 and up msft has a screw up. I had to use a pre rs4 prerelease (16278) iso and put the install.wim from 17083 in to be able to boot (or had to burn 17083 to a dvd). MSFT has acknowledged the fault, and not released iso's for them.
Buildfeed is now showing 2 separate Branches now being developed at the same time. rs_prerelease and the new Branch rs4_release So when you see a new Build be sure to see which Branch it is from.
I'm sure they're going to do the same thing they did to RS3... Those in Skip ahead will continue to receive rs_prerelease and the other rings rs4_release
Any timebomb on those rs4 release builds ? no one would know cos not a public one yet lets answer it in the future btw did someone saw the dism set edition of this build with the new edition Enterprise LTSC?
