Using usb failed for me it crashed @ keyboard layout. reboot loops etc. I used Rufus 2.18, MBR partition scheme for bios or uefi, quick ntfs format. Sooooooooo now I'm using same usb changed to fat32 and extracting the 17093.1000 media to the thumb drive ala Enthousiest. Just for kicks and giggles to see if any differences.

For those of us who have followed or have been affected by the "Autolaunch feature", this is a very small but important change in this build, "and reopen my apps" has been added to the toggle that activates that "feature". Spoiler
Yes, that is all you need to do. Format fat32 for either BIOS or UEFI, or if you just have BIOS you can format NTFS, but fat32 works for both.
