    Seams it's not possible to turn off Let apps run in the background in Setting>Privacy>Background apps? If I turn it off and close and reopen Setting, I see it turned on.
    Bug, or intentionally? Let's see.

    You might try disabling them first in Task Mgr/ Startup tab.

    It have nothing to do with the Task Scheduler entries and/or startup items. That setting is for UWP apps like Mail/Cortana/Skype/etc. Not for regular desktop programs.
    BTW I noticed this also in Build 17101.

    Guys.
    Take the decision to install this build on my desktop. After the first reboot, it remains in the windows logo. I have to reset and I get a failure in the installation 0xc1900101.
    In my old laptop core2duo work perfect.
    Desktop.
    X99 ultra gaming, i7 6850k, 32 gigs ram, gtx 1080.

    Please any advice.
