How can I setup a clean installation "enterprise not pro" ???

Unless things have changed, Enterprise and Pro on the same ISO.

 

This build has a bug on startup where I get blank screen for like a minute or two then the start screen displays.

secret source Microsoft has officially kicked off the internal sign-off process for the Windows 10 'Spring Update', which after several months of development is almost ready for the public in April 2018. Internal sources have confirmed to me that build 171XX is the first 'release to manufacturing' or RTM candidate build to have been compiled by the end of this week if everything goes well.

What about sleep mode in this build?

Problems with a sleep last time happend at RS5 17618 and were fixed at 17623. At RS4 sleep/revoke problems were fixed many builds ago.

No problems on this build and the 2 before this one so they are doing some thing right this time

 

Can The Win 10 0n USB Flash Drive Install recon if the bios is set to UEFI or Legacy mode?.

 

Then seems this problem is hardware dependent and my Thinkpad P51 have no this problem for some last 17-th builds though it was present in some early builds.

I don't know, but maximum you can make compressed ISO. It's less than 4GB.
