    Some apps (like Photos, Store) incorrectly display the time format.
    One format is installed by default (20.03.2018), but the wrong US is used (03/20/2018).
    Where is the dependency or synchronization enabled?

    It is 1803, not 1804, so the latest date is obvious. It will be done long before March 31th.

    I believe 16299.15 (RS3) rolled out to the fast ring in October, it was compiled in late September though. So sure enough a final build could be released in Early April.
