    Doesn't do anything, its like the feature isn't enabled at all.

    Same, i reinstalled it on a vm 3 times and did all that but it doesn't work

    Do you have windows installed with a (non insider) microsoft account or offline account or do you change any setting before adding the registry key? I restarted it a few times but still can't see the "open supported apps and web pages as new tabs". I use an offline (local) account, haven't changed any setting and added the key.

    The way I did it...
    • Upgrade to this build
    • Do the registry trick
    • Make sure you're in the insider program (don't have to be in skip ahead)
    • Restart until it's there.

    It did for me!

    I noticed it straight away when my crypto mining tasks gained tabs.

    Can i upgrade directly to this build? I have already download from uup dump and already make ISO, my position is 16299.251, Thanks:)

    Thanks! Worked now. Made that ms acc insider, seems like it doesn't work without insider acc or local acc.

    Hello,

    I downloaded 17618.1000 UUP files and then converted to ISO.

    All is great but when I try to install it tells me that I am missing Media Driver :(

    Any ideas how I can found out what driver is missing from the iso ?

    It doesn't sound like all is great. You can't install! What is your media source? As in your install media.

    So I found the culprit, windows does not like being installed from a usb 3.1 drive, works just fine with a 2.0/3.0
