    This build is the same like 17115, 17120 and 17123.

    I tried to make ISO with decrypt-multi-release and I got error so I used uup-converter-wimlib_14.7z and I got error too.

    You need to update to new API.
    UUP dump API 1.10.1 has been released
    Changes:
    - Added parameters that will allow fetching of final RS4 builds using RETAIL channel. Note: currently there is no final build of RS4, these parameters have only appeared in Windows Update.

    I made an ISO without that error by using uup-converter-wimlib-14 and pointing it too the the old.windows folder after I updated

    That always works :) It was the downloading of the UUP files, by using the UUPDL tools, that were faulty.
