Thanks, dude. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I forgot to take into consideration that it's probably linked against system libraries that are of a different version than the ones of RS4 (or it contains code that checks the OS version).
Even with the ISO I kept getting failures on 17661 and now on 17666. The install would get to 100, then reboot. Then another longer install would run with several reboots. Eventually, it attempts to reboot several times, fails, rolls back and reverts to my current version. Painful. This is my error message:
The Dark Explorer is not that great in this build, but at least its confirmed as a feature for redstone 5! The improvements to notepad, clipboard, dark theme, tabs in explorer etc... Makes this _hands-down_ the most exciting Windows 10 update/upgrade so far!
Just finally got this .rs5 build installed. Sets working for me, when opening another folder I just drag the folder tab to the tab bar of another one = Sets working. Spoiler
This build is great. - I finally can drag and drop files between tabs in explorer. - Acrylic looks great on titlebars. - Clipboard History is very useful. - Notepad search uses Sets wisely. . I find myself using Web tabs a lot because moving tabs in Sets is way less clumsy than in Edge. My fav build so far.
The biggest complaint/ request for Fluent Design (Acrylic) at Build 2018 is it doesn't allow you to control the amount of Transparency. It was asked if a sliding scale 0 to 100% could be added to control the amount of Transparency. We have not yet received the Acrylic effects that were shown at Build 2018.
