    you need an admin cmd prompt for it to work
    works fine here still got no tabs mind you lol

    I got tabs with this command, but it inverted (I have he-il build). Also the timeline inverted (Also in RS4).

    Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Sets Policy
    On the right side, and double-click the Turn off Sets setting. Select the Not Configured option. restart
    i can't get sets to work even tried above.

    I thought Microsoft were superstitious enough to skip both 13 and 666 in their build/version numbers, but things have changed at Redmond.
    Bad luck and the devil is apparently accepted these days.
