Could someone please share/upload Notepad from this build? I'd like to check out the line-endings feature (and see if it works on current RS4) but don't want to download the entire build just for that.

I'm experiencing the same issue, also it cause high CPU usage in svchost.exe process. EDIT: finally it gets installed, after around 6+ hours.
