I like to bypass the Cumulative update. Does this mean that Skip-Ahead has been re-opened?

I'm on Skip Ahead and I received win 10 next 10.0.17713.1002 kb4345215 yesterday. At least it shows up in my installed updates. Then I got a email from MS asking me to send info about the sets that were included in the update.

I been on skip ahead sense many previous builds and just keep upgrading never changing any options.
