Have a Benq Zowie 2411P that has a headset output for audio. After installing 17758.1, the Zowie Xl Lcd device was missing. Installing the latest NVidia graphics drivers resolved the problem.
Can anyone please confirm if disabling the backgound apps main switch (privacy settings) and then rebooting (important) makes the Action Center stop displaying messages? This happened to me also under 17755.1 on fresh installed VMs.
My magical ball tells me the RTM will be out somewhere between September 14th and September 30th! Who would have thought
RTM is 17763 which is being compiled as we speak on this day the 14th September 2018. If Insider testing goes well, It will be pushed to slow ring by the end of next week with 25th being General Availability. The above only valid if things go as per planned and if any showstopper bug is found last minute like it was found on RTM build of RS4, things will get pushed to mid October 2018. The above is purely my own speculation. Do not ask for any stupid proof for it.
Don't you think this is a very long shot considering the time difference, it is just after midnight out there!!
I'd guess they'll give us a build to play with over the weekend, but no clue if it would be the final or not, no-one should be making guesses about that yet, we all know how reliable MS are for sticking to said final build / not being showstoppers / last minute problems
Must love the predictors, and when we have the final build, the deniers come, etcetc.... every 6 months
