    Make sure you have virtualization enabled in bios. Also, its best to download official insider build and upgrade from there.

    Yes and uninstall kb4483214 , And make sure Hyper-V, machine platform ,windows hypervisor, And sandbox is checked. If it does not show up in programs and features you can install it via powershell: Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature –FeatureName "Containers-DisposableClientVM" -All -Online.

    You can also enable it by command prompt: Dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:"Containers-DisposableClientVM" -All

    If anyone needs help I can elaborate more..

    cool I'm using Win 10 Pro right now 17763.253 because I broke my server (that's ok I have to go to a machine shop with it)
