The bug exist in all the lists in Settings. I'm sure someone will report that. It's so visual that you can't ignore it.
Don't be surprised if after the Bug Bash we start getting as many as 2 or 3 Builds in a week for Bug Fixes.
In each build there is bug fixes, but these builds you notes have no new feature and they are boring. Usually, I don't like the part of bug fixes in each build, only if between them there is feature changing. BTW, I saw new feature in Edge in RS5 IP build that disappears in RTM build. It disappears at least in my local build. The feature shows apps list in Edge. Interesting to know how much new features are disappears in RTM builds. I think this type of bug is worst.
You will probably find the first number of 19H2 Builds Boring as well. Normally takes a while for new Features to show up.

you should always reports the bugs! don't wait for others to do it, if more people reports bugs, more fastly will be fixed.
Im still having WIFI connection issues were keeps dropping off and disappears from network, rebooting the box fixes the issue I have to do it everyday
