Although 18356.1 has no watermark, no expiration date and is not pre-setup for receiving IP builds, it probably won't be the final release of 19H1.
This build has some major issues still. You can't disable defender through GPO. Removing features in the 32bit build causes constant reboots with a GSOD.
Just a quick note, VMware Workstation v15.0.3 is released, alas Windows 20H1 18855.1000 can boot but 19H1 18356.1 cannot. I guess MS will fix this booting issue soon; like they did with 20H1.
the defender real time protection like any other anti virus keeps system response slow , i have it disabled via gpedit.msc in windows 10 enterprise.
Yes it is a major issue if GPO settings are being ignored. It would be a show stopper for many enterprise users.
can't understand why win10 consume huge space of my c:\ HDD, more than 8 GB, even I haven't added any new apps installation today?
