    Decrease free space on the volume C: till no more then 25 Gb and try again: this trick ensuares that Setup will use 3-reboots upgrade with WinPE at 0-30 and it will suceed.

    Could you give me more info about HWID ? I just obtained all info about KMS and I am ready to start with KMS but if HWID is better solution then maybe I would first try it.
