    From what I gather 19H2 is going to be more like a service pack instead of a feature update. It seems Microsoft may have gotten the hint, and decided not to release major feature updates twice a year. This would be why they are concentrating on 20H1, and why 19H2 isn't being developed as of yet. I really wouldn't expect too much of 19H2.
