    Well you should have recognized the icon as part of language features (display language). So check Settings - Time & Language - Language

    This issue is very old and I don't excited from it. I would prefer MS delete it.

    Is it possible it tries to install LxP's? And maybe they are not available for your region (just guessing)?

    Installation of features will fail if machine is not joined to a correct Windows Insider ring.

    Installing Insider version of Windows from ISO will always join the machine to the Slow ring if not logged in with Windows Insider account. If installed build is from Fast ring it will not be able to get required files from UUP.

    This can be fixed by logging on to the Windows Insider program and switching to Fast ring or by using my OfflineInsiderEnroll and enrolling machine to Fast ring.

    I am logged in with my Windows Insider account and had chosen the option "Slow (recommended)".
    If MS doesn't want to get the "New Features" tested by insiders of the slow ring, it doesn't make any sense to offer them to such insiders.

    18362.10019 SLOW has all the features enabled, 1909 (18363 at 329) too, according to the MSFT blog, and i confirmed at least one new feature they share: manage notifications in action center.

    20H1 (atm 18980.1) is in de FAST ring.

    Can't wait to get the next version. I constantly get the stopcode: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. Pretty annoying...
