    980 was by ISO, 985 was by WU.
    It is possible that software installed it, I did not (need to) check before now (after all my programs have been installed)

    If the ISO had it pre-enabled offline (like UUP>ISO can do, when set), the upgrade would have it enabled too :)

    I have a problem with this build in that two of the windows applications needs to be updated via the Microsoft Store. Problem is, it show PENDING and will never update. Even tried uninstalling the two applications and it still show Pending to update or Pending to install.

    I have run the App Diags for Microsoft Store and all it does is reset and reopen the Store and tells me that the store cache might have been corrupt. I immediately run it again with the same results.

    The applications now won't install. The applications involved are Windows Mail and Calendar, and Diagnostic Data Viewer..

    In my case the reboot have helped to fix this problem
