After reading several feedback's on this WU error in feedback hub & in answers.microsoft it surprisingly just installed itself while I was checking the SoftwareDistribution folder, I got a popup to restart the PC.
    Update was fast.

something similar happened to me, so I guess it was an issue in Windows Update servers side and they fixed it after few hours.

In both cases: at 1st I've detected at 18950 when my system on USB have stopped at reboot when upgraded. Later I've verified attachment of the this device and other two GPT-marked USB devices and no one was recognized at as 18950 as all following builds. MBR USB devices are recognized without problem. And moreover, at my 2-nd notebook with a legacy BIOS, all these USB devices are also recognized.

  6. In this build, the text of the type of text documents is in English, where my display language and the text of all other files are German. And there are no symbols for text documents, there are only white files but they are opened with Notepad when I double click them.

In my display language, Hebrew, it's ok. Each local windows can have its bugs.

According to local experience pack, 18999 can be the next build.

I don't know where to post the crap anymore, the link goes to a feedback hub for which i don't seem to have access to, since they fix 1903/9 stuff in 20H1 first, i just throw it in here.

    Mine has been very strange.
File explorer when I have opened it flashes like a strobe light.
This flight has kicked more ESENT errors than I care to count (642, 640, 636 & 455). This flight has failed me 3x's since it was set free by MS. Each time I thought it was a tweak that I have done. So I performed a total wipe using F-disk from true DOS and started over. The first 2x's were bad. But I noticed that some of my services were unable to be turned off (grayed out). On the 3rd run I delayed the download of 18995.1 for 7 days just so I don't have more nights trying to fix this over priced paper weight.

Very strange upgrade. I was unable to upgrade through Windows Update due to Error 0x8007023e, so downloaded uup and updated from the ISO. At 87% install said "Restoring previous installation" but then finished the update. Seems to be working fine. System files say they are 18995.
