LOL one of my PC's just won't restart so this fixed sent via Windows Update doesn't get applied because I have to hard restart the PC. I guess I will try couple of times to install it and hopefully the PC will restart and apply the fix
Several of "My clients" did get the WU "Fix" and next morning " 9 of the 10" that received the "Fix" failed to restart, 100% Dead, I did force a Restart on 3 of them, after 4 attempts of Restart and still nothing worked. Took time to removed all HHD/SSD, Insert a test small SSD - did a clean install of 19002.1002 - then add the old HHD/SSD ran a full test on old - set reboot to #2, and when it did boot to and shutdown/restart at least 2 time. did a Image of Old C:\ shutdown removed Test HHD, reset original HHD/SSD - Clean Install - tested shutdown/restart, restored old C:\ image to clean install and all is well, so all i can figure is the Patch-Fix somehow corrupted boot. long story short, I finally did all 9 Clients same way. Image C:\ clean install restart 2 times, restore Image to C:\ and all is good.
My machine spontaneously rebooted 4 times before it "Settled in". Usually is happens once after an update, very rarely twice. Only the fourth one was flagged by Feedback. No explanation in logs other than noting an unexpected restart. Control panel is a little flaky. Most times I have to open then close it before it will let me choose a category to open.
... pressing start, opens both search and start menu (at the same time) with search on top, completely obscuring the start menu and leaving me unable to access any start menu items... bummer
Hi there, Is the lag bug back in this build? i cant find any info on this, have tried playing Grid, Control & LoL, all got lag, and serious lag... 10-13fps lag... ( and yes, I have the latest AMD drivers etc installed - 19.10.1 ...) Thanks in advance, Cheers D
