Thanks abbodi1406, I was just coming back to mention that. I tried running the script using all 5 cabs from .1052 as they were identical and just swapping out the CU for the one from .1051 and got the same error. From the Dism log "2019-11-23 19:44:58, Info DISM DISM Provider Store: PID=18036 TID=19584 Failed to get and initialize the PE Provider. Continuing by assuming that it is not a WinPE image." This could be why so many Insiders are having issues using WU now coming from 19025.1051. WU trashed my test vm, so tried with clean install of 19025.1 and tested WU, eventually it did update to .1052 but took over 30min. with couple errors.
