    these icons are terrible looking more like a children's OS no way and for that since this won't release to November 2020 hopefully things change

    Yep, and the GUI was called Fisher Price®. Now, the same people can't let go. :D

    Not Win XP, Luna but Microsoft made up for Luna with Royale & Zune.

    My favorite is the Embedded skin. Still using it on XP.

    Which file contains the new icon?
    imageres.dll did not contain it.

    Metro application icons are contained in other files and are encrypted.

    The New Icons so far are contained in App Updates Downloaded from the Microsoft Store. The Core (OS) Icons have not yet been added. Microsoft has said they have over 100 New Icons so far.
    Hope they do a complete update. You can still find Icons from Win 95.

    Previously, system 32 .dll and imageres.dll contained many icons.
    These files do not contain icons in this build.
    Where are the non-Metro icons?

    Many icons have already changed in buil 19569.
    I want to know which files contain those icons.

    Sorry for my poor English.
    What files contain icons that were previously found in system 32 .dll, imageres.dll and mydocs.dll?

    They are now in C:\Windows\SystemResources

    These files have the icons (.mun files):

    The icons are not belong to the windows uwp apps. Only to windows programs.

    what's with the icon mania ? it is purely cosmetic, plus it has always been customizable by ipacks all over the internet
