    BTW, My local version is he-il. So maybe it's only in this version. It's also in previous build.

    I had the same problem few time ago, and seems only happens when you have not Installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 from long time ago, so I've decided to install fresh copy of Windows 10 few months ago, and now the updates are really more fast, like around 5-10 min for first part (before the first restart) and then around 15-20 min for the last part.

    dowload and install was OK, but wow, delete is a bitch, so easier for me to make a small part, move all junk into the format the part....

    I couldn't figure out why that wasn't working the other day and it drove me crazy trying to figure out what the deal was. I never did get it working

    only a 4790k and a 1070 but my net is 5gbps up and down so that helps

    where on earth is there such web speed? I got 1000/100 and downloads are nowhere near this fast.

    File Explorer is not app. It's part of Windows 10, so it can updated next build.

    I call BS on this.
    Your hardware is unable to do a install in 10 min.
    DL maybe.
    Install in that time frame not likely not even with a M.2 drive.

    I have official confirmation that despite most of Microsoft are working from home for a few weeks Windows Insider builds will still be getting released.
