    I don't think 19042 will be 20H2 because Microsoft said “The Fast ring is currently on our Manganese (Mn) OS branch. We expect the Fast ring to switch over to our Iron (Fe) branch toward the later part of June which will expose this new functionality to Insiders.”.

    This is what Microsoft say's. Not the same.

    once the Fast ring moves back to receiving builds from RS_PRERELEASE.

    I know the Microsoft change the content. (So I say I read it several days ago.)
    I think we should wait for a some time to know the truth.

    I got this window while Windows Update was downloading the UUP files, anyone else?

    From what host build did you run WU and got 19631.1 offered on?

    ① 19H2 Was one big mess. I don't think we need this one more time.
    ② The current build number is ended with .1 it means it close to last build of the current branch (Not very close).

    Updated from 19041.264 Enterprise to 19631. The window came back twice in the downloading phase and one time in the installing phase.

    Normally, a window like that is shown when the release is not 100% ready for you, seems it is a bug.
