Then I don't know what it's wrong at your installation but I can assure you that it worked as I said at 2 of my VMs. I hope somebody will find another path for your problem! It worked for me without .exe
Can this vivetool be uninstalled before the Win10 build update, to be on the safe side? Like in the Control Panel/ uninstall a program
@SAM-R , so it actually is not a new start menu (like with those xbox dev channel leaked crap), but just a light colorization of it's background? No wonder i couldn't assess if my x64 test had it or not
On x86 the command reports an error and the feature is not onboard, like the queryconfig all command shows. On x64 the command works, and the feature shows up enabled but after the reboot, nothing changed. It's for a stupid colorization, nothing spectacular.
The ViveTool method worked. I created the vivetool folder in the root of C: Make sure you are running cmd as administrator Go to the path where vivetool is there eg. C:\ViveTool-v0.2.0 Type vivetool addconfig 23615618 2 Reboot PC when you get successful command execution New Start Menu should be enabled.
looks like an issue with ClearType, try reinstalling video driver, and also better replace uTorrent with qBittorrent.
