    There is generic realtek lan driver update in there. Build feels really sharp i like it.

    Unable to update to this build. The installation stops at 90%...

    My (USB 3.0 flash drive) update install went fast on the test rig.
    From start install to the desktop took 34 minutes.
    1st time I have tried installing this way, I used Rufus 3.11 to copy the .iso to the flash drive.

    It takes a long time. Installation takes about 20-22 minutes for me. It all depends on the power of the computer.

    It takes 5-6 min on a simple configured VM.

    Aren't DEV channel installs enrolled into the DEV channel by itself, only no user account is linked.
