I think ive identified the shutdown issue, xbox xvd disks arent unloading, they constantly connected, this would cause windows not to shutdown and why shutdown works in safemode

I have an annoying quandary. Last night after installing the .NET Framework update and rebooting, I got access to "News and Interests" for the first time. The problem is, I use a VPN and the Weather location on the task bar Icon uses the VPN location even though when I click on it, it shows my physical location. Anyone know how to force the taskbar Icon to behave?

set your location manually in maps, not tried it myself and is only a suggestion, and turn off location. This build is so tiresome, having to shut off the pc with power buttonwhile holding for 3 secs, the pc goes through all the shutdown stuff but doesnt switch it off
Has anyone had issues with their ethernet device not working on this build? I had to roll back to the previous build. I rolled back about a month ago too, and delayed updates. I installed the latest test build again today and the issue persisted. All is fine again since rolling back.
found another isue while playing games, the pc freezes between map loading, worse is on marvels avengers, it freezes up 4 seconds with sound looping, all games are ssd plus the OS is ssd, drives arent the issue in this case
