    You're having a lot of problems mate. No problems here. Reckon you need a fresh complete new install; may solve your issues.

    so 21313.1000 is not 21/h1 19043.844 is ?

    Yes, 21313 is Dev release and not tied to specific release.

    Yep. It's all about Enablement updates again. Big update will be 21H2, they reversed the roles.

    Possibly, if the next build doesnt sort it out i may have to. I also made a silly mistake on image backups, set to only keep the latest image so i cant roll back

    2/9 system hardware update shows up for my surface pro x. there is a new driver called "surfacetelemetry".
