solutions from previous build for radio monitor driver and quick assist working (of course broken quick assist has to be uninstalled), but power & sleep not opening in settings on arm
The fingerprint reader is a bit buggy was working fine yesterday today i had to log in using the PIN.
Can we expect to see more of "Sun Valley" stuff added now with each new Insider Build OR are they going to continue to drag there feet ? "Sun Valley" should have been done 3-4 yr ago. How long did it take to Develop Aero ? How long have they been working on Fluent Design & it still isn't done ?
Did you upgrade or clean install? Maybe that is the discrepancy? I'm about to upgrade 2 test boxes, will report back.
I always do clean install (Only if there is a problem with it I do upgrade). It faster than upgrade. Inside Settings almost all of the icons are changed.
On the Windows Update page, when I click check for updates, the button disappears with no progress animation of any kind until/unless it finds something. If there are no updates available the Check for updates button returns but there is no mention of the last time it checked..
I experienced this in the previous build as well, after updating I checked for updates and it kept returning an error, after a reboot the error was no longer present, but now it tries to install a driver for my printer but it doesn't install and disappears instantly. You can still see the last time it checked for update on the main settings header though!
