Downloaded via Windows Update, started installing then error 0x8024200D and started downloading from 0%.

2nd attempt here we go!

 

disk cleanup sometimes not launch. but when it launched and select cleanup system files, its hang and not launch cleanup system files,

 

I don't have Spotlight Collection and Device Usage. How do you get them ?

 

You need to use ViVeTool.

 

I experience extremely long boot times with this build.
PCIE4 Nvme drive.

 

Im experiencing some minor wifi instability but not as bad like the previous build.

I got error 0x80242016 when trying update to 21337.1010.

 

Its a strange one, mine took a while and after the reboot i got a black screen with updating system and rebooted to traditional install

 

What do you mean "traditional install" ?

 

I mean the update install where it goes to 30% reboots and finishes the install, this time for me i got a black screen with system updating 1 to 100%

 

If you have ransomeware protection enabled... sometimes the TI WORKER.exe gets blocked

 

I don't have.

 

I have two notebooks and at an old Thinkpad R500 with legacy BIOS at black screen you've mentioned there was a message "Updating your system (nn%)". But at rather new Thinpad P51 this record was absent when upgading 7 systems. At 100% screen became blue with a message Rebooting and a second reboot was performed and "Updates are underlying to keep things smoothly".

 

Upgraded to .1010 no issues.

 

Windows update troubleshooter solved the problem for me.
