Unless I broke something, Windows 10 login is a lot slower out of the box with this. Went back to 20H2 for now.

You can try repairing the network This will clear the stored DNS cache in Windows. When the DNS becomes corrupt you will not be able to get to some sites. Flushing and rebuilding the DNS will fix that problem. Also resets Winsock entries & resets TCP/IP stack. This repair will also restore the Winsock and Winsock2 registry keys. Its not just you. I have this installed on 2 test systems now and on both of them booting seems faster until you reach login, that takes forever.
i rolled back because it was affecting my shutdown speed aswel as login. Your not the only one, theres a lot with same issue
