Actually they don't need to communicate anything to us. What if they said they would release a build, and everyone got real excited, and the build had a bug or something. You would STILL be mad at MS. They will let us know soon enough when they are ready. It isn't the end of the world.

You've missed the entire point.
The primary issue with a lack of any communication. If they said "Nothing this week", like we just saw, then now we know and while some may be disappointed, we aren't left simply guessing.

They aren't going to say anything unless they are certain. Is it good communication to say uncertainties or falsehoods? As soon as they knew they said no builds until next week. This is good communication.

Insider builds are unfinished, riled with bugs, chocked by telemetry bulls**t anyway, the anticipation is not warranted whatsoever.
Those of us running these as a daily driver and not just as a vm, It's like were not even sheep - but chickens, fish or small-brain something else hooked by shiny plastic icons instead of real bait, while microsoft exfiltrates everything, for free - and they still mess up every release like clockwork.
Alpha-testing insider builds should have been rewarded, because data is quite a valuable currency and microsoft is milking it like crazy. Idk, put something on the table other than false sense of being a part of windows via s**tty cat memes and tile background changes. Play time, apps, anything.
Likewise, the whole concept of cumulative updates should have been strongly rejected, it's something so backwards, stupid, inefficient, wasteful and anti-user.
And don't even get me started on EP's.

You're acting like Wednesday is the only day they flight and not on other days. The FlightOps team (who pushes out Insider builds) is literally active every single day, and even under the previous leadership with Dona, it has always worked this way, unless you're not paying any close attention to what Microsoft employees are posting on Twitter.

If a build needs more time in the Selfhost Channel, then they will wait until Thursday or Friday to announce that build, otherwise if a blocking bug was spotted then a tweet would be made talking about what you stated which is what happened on Thursday.

Making an early tweet on Wednesday when the FlightOps team doesn't have any data based on the telemetry from Microsoft employees internally testing daily builds to prove that there isn't going to be a build this week isn't how all of this works.

The first major new release should be 21H2 (atm known as fe_release), so probably going in that way.

Hi! Is there any way to download UUPs from internal branches? I personally tried with gus33000's UUP Media Creator with ring "Internal" and "External", and flight branches like "Canary" and "Selfhost". I got nothing as of now
How does UUP Dump get the links for the UUPs? Maybe we should use that, no?
