    I have that .net install problem on one of my test boxes as well.

    kb5003252 = 10.0.4355.3

    kb15001030 = 10.0.4341.5

    Maybe that's causing the failure of the lower build dotnetcu install when the newer one already should be installed.

    Could you check if kb5003252 is installed?

    Package_5_for_KB5003252~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.4355.3.5003252-91_neutral <- in the reg so that looks like a yes.

    On the machine that did not have this problem I updated via windows update. On the problem machine I used UUP to download the build and did an upgrade install.

    It's not new. It was several builds before.

    theres a list of feature set numbers used to enable features, vivetool can enable them. Just enable the disabled ones, eco mode will work, i dont know the exact key

    Getting error 0x8007022 reset my windows update using the tool. Will try again if not will try again iso. If not work. Will pause and try next build. All builds have installed so far good. This one not.

    AFAICT what I tested so far all working.
