Considering that skipedge is based on edgechromium being added by LCU or EP, and this build doesn't have a LCU nor an EP to be installed, edgechromium is compiled in the base build. You can run it and see the result by yourself.

they work to a certain point, i have no history in task view button all recent tabs show up, i was able to scroll back to January 2021, privacy crashes when you you access the microphone tab

Well apparently Dev Channel insiders got enrolled into DC:4080364C MicrosoftWindows.Client_cw5n1h2txyewy flight (which is the Windows Feature Experience Pack) - surely if they were waiting til the June event they'd have done it early next month
