    @BAU you're right but that's not relevant here.

    If they wanted to install crap, they could via packages, just like they do now.

    Nothing would change for them

    Not really, LTSB comes with updates & should be updated. Do you expect cash machines to reboot & finish updates? 15% 33% ....

    And CloudE is free activation like Cloud? If not, what good is it?

    Try 17134.1 + 16299.15 Cloud.
