One other question. I don't know if this is a general "Fast-Track" issue or if it's exclusive to Build 17074. Trying to remove these three applications Code: "Microsoft.Windows.Photos" "microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps" "Microsoft.SkypeApp" produced errors and the three applications refuse to uninstall. I've never had that problem with any other windows build. I using the standard application removal PowerShell code (which removed all the other apps on Build 17074 that I don't want to keep) Code: Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage -online I hope this isn't a new MS 'feature' of locking down windows apps!?
There is no need for inserting any gvlk, kms_vl_all does it by itself. What dhjohns does is set you up to a public illegally ran kmsserver, don't use that!!! He is already warned for doing that.
I wonder why make a difference between local host KMS "iligal" kms solution and a "ïligal" online host KMS solution ??
Do you call that ethics I call it messure with doubtfull background I mean a few years ago it was no problem and now of Take downs it has been a problem suddenly ! Ofcourse I understand the situation but that has not mean I have to agree with it
Illegal or not isn't the question here. Since the server can easily be used offline localy there's absolutely no need to have your IP logged in the online server log . Would highly recommend to avoid that since MS is actively hunting and sueing them.
I don't go discuss this again, he is already been warned for doing it earlier. Probably because msft is going after those servers with a vengeance and mdl doesn't need the attention because some keep trying to go over the lines here and promoting the illegal servers.
