Doing a fresh install, too many issues to try and troubleshoot so a reinstall is quicker.

reinstalled 16299.125.
As you can see from my Screenshot I have a digital license for my Pro install.
When I enter the 2YV77 Key it comes up and asks me to activate, When I click OK this happens.

 

That's because you don't have a digital license for Workstation you need another procedure for that ! that is explaned in the beginning of this topic

 

I am not sure what I need to look for then, I feel like I have read this thread quite closely the past few days.

Lol already have pro installed, but i'm so exited like a child for some reason. To play with something new.

 

Do you have huge amounts of ram or multiple cpu's? if no, nothing to play with

 

My personal rig is 4930k with 16gb ram, but I have a Z800 workstation.

 

16278 is easier to obtain, and works the same. You can get UUPs for 16278, create Core ISO, mount install.wim, change SKU to ProWS, insert retail key, save/unmount, install. It will be activated. Then just install any other higher build number ProWS you have made using same method w/o key insertion via ugrade. Digital Activation! Tie to MS account if you wish.

 

I am downloading the 16278.1000 rs3 UUP right now. So once that is done I need to convert the UUP to an ISO correct?

 

Yep: UUP > ISO

 

OK is this right, The UUP I am downloading is 164541MB. ummm wtf??
