Microsoft is known to artificially cripple their programs. This is the main reason why Remote Desktop is such a massive disappointment. Their so called Modern Remote Desktop App from app store does not even allow copy/paste of files and folders. But dishing out another useless sku is far more important than getting basic things working as requested by entire community.
This package does not exist on rs4 17134 only Enterprise have EditionSpecific package, other editions just have License package now in latest rs5 preview, Professional have the EditionSpecific package

One interesting feature is that on x86 (just like with HyperCore) you'll be able to get 4GB of usable memory. Not 2.9 /3.5 GB as in normal x86 SKUs. If you need more than 4G you have still to use PAEpatch
