I wouldn't know. Never tried.

 

I just mounted install.wim of 1803 rdsh, and added cabs for NetFX3, XPS viewer, OpenSSH Client FAILED, RSAT -- sucessful.

Do you know anyone who uses Application Server? (Never mind if you don't. I don't use Server anyway.)
