I can't upgrade from the latest official german Windows 10 TP build 10049 to Windows 10 Technical Preview April Build (10056). I have the option to keep only my personal files (your apps and settings won't be kept) or a clean install. Is there a way to upgrade or is it impossible with this version? I have also changed the display language to english to see if it works then. But no chance. Maybe someone can help Thx
When I minimalize Spartan browser, it doesn't want to music (e.g. from YouTube). Do you know guys, how to fix this issue?

Any of you notice large icons on startup? I have the recycle on my desktop and its huge when I start from a cold powered boot, I have to use task manager to log out and then log in, then icons are normal?
@PaulDesmond: thank you, but how can I change the base language? I have installed the English language pack and also changed the display language from German to English (usa)
Windows 7 RTM was Build 7600 Windows 8 RTM was Build 9200 Windows 8.1 RTM was Build 9600 so maybe Windows 10 will RTM at Build 10600 or Build 10200?
Mine was working OK as I installed drivers, hardware, and programs UNTIL I installed the Samsung Magician for my SSD. Even then it continued to work OK until I started to tune the SSD setting using the Samsung software. It did a reboot and I ended up with a gray screen of death (the Windows 10 equivalent of the previous Blue Screen of Death and Black Screen of Death). I was able to boot up in safe mode but haven't tried to do any more trouble shooting at this point.
I got her talking to me I disabled my 'digital' audio and now I hear her through my analog channel. I noticed after opening Playback devices for some reason she was talking digital, even though my analog was default.
Hmm, so the OP mentions this isn't bootable; yet at quick glance, I noticed it has a EFI folder. So my question is; can this image be booted via UEFI as-is?
Just so you know, this also instantly fixed her missing voice for me. Just right clicked and disabled the unused digital ports from the sound device lists and bam hello Cortana again, lol. Thanks for that tip
