sorry his old thread, but is there a way to let windows install updates/new builds at a certain time of day, i like to setup windows to update at say 2am??
The short answer for now is 'no' but its still in beta, so you can be pretty sure you will be able to in the final versions.
Hello everyone. Can anyone help me figure a solution for a problem I am having with the "Synaptic" latest update. Is there anyway to block it.. after it is installed my wireless mouse and the trackpad crashes and sometimes they become laggy and the bottoms don't respond except by making a peeping sound. This happens nearly every 15 - 30 minutes and I have to log out or restart the laptop to be able to use them again. I don't know if it is related or not but sometimes when this happens the whole screen starts blinking and turns to a black one with just the cursor showing.
windows 10 latest build 10041 ... I tried removing the driver from "device manager" but it keeps coming back with windows update on all of the time.
it doesn't show as an update I already tried that it only shows as a new installed program I uninstalled it many time but still windows updates brings it back
If you know which driver is causing the problem, and it will not effect anything else go to device manger under driver, disable it.
and tried that too but there is no option to disable that particular driver but I used the option update driver - browse my computer for driver software - let me choose from a list and chose another driver to run it now it runs okay but hopefully when I restart the laptop it won't revert back to it.
