It is necessary because they want go get in the tablet, smart phone market, it is a huge market, a lot more than the pc market.
Agreed its a good plan in concept. However Microsoft has largely failed to make a dent into the phone market. Now as for the tablet market they are in descent shape there not great by any means but descent. The only area they can really do things in is the pc market and that's it.
What is the best method ? to create full iso with : 1) standard install.wim 2) compressed install.esd
I choose option 1 compression sounds like that @ install it has to be uncompressed and takes up time but I could be wrong
Can anyone please provide a link to the Pro x64 esd - The mega link posted has a decryption error Thanks in advance
xbone controller is not working in the new build. In device manager: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" otherwise it is looking good.
You can not download Project Spartan. It is built into 10049. If you want Spartan you must first install 10049. Also Spartan is only found on Windows 10. Not Win 8.1 or Win 7.
I don't have the time to test the new build right now, but I'm curious: - Can Spartan be run in multiple instances? - Can Spartan be used with a local (non-MS) account?
