Did Msft change the RSA key in the past ? If yes, what happened, Was someone able to decrypt or find the RSA key ?
It does indeed show up (10061) when using Windows 7. But only if you first fully update it before installing the Technical Preview, otherwise you get only 10041 offered. It also fails directly after downloading since it tries to decrypt it with the wrong decryption key (the one used for the current build) and then it downloads again, fails again and so on. So, you can download the 10061 ESD file, but its useless without the decryption key. The Setupbox you don't need, its only used by Windows Update. As for the images people keep posting that there is a new build (66, 69 or whatever) with the TWS or something in front of it. You can STOP reporting those, since you are using a leaked build that isn't meant for Insiders, as well as you need a Microsoft Employee account to download, so it only clutters up the forum with useless posts. And yes, Microsoft did change the decryption key in the past, at least once. Since you need a different key set to decrypt 9xxx builds and 10xxx builds (roughly said). And no, those key were not decrypted, they were found in the place where they can be found during the installation. Also, I don't think you understand the meaning of the key or how the proces works, just stick to what you know.
No need to install any patch. Simply check update after installed the latest Windows10TechnicalPreview.exe and then hide the unwanted builds (10041/9926 if available) until 10061 shows up - before MS found the bug.
So the esd files for Windows TP 10061 x86/x64 can`t be decrypted without a RSA key Is that correct as I`m sure many users have download those file to find they are useless
