I agree with Ace2 too and on my pc 10061 work better from early versions of windows 10 technical preview.
Windows Update won't download updates if you turned ''Battery saver'' on in this particular build 10061.
It may not live up to expectations (e.g. windows 7 aero glass and start menu), but i think windows 10 will still be better than windows 8, 8.1, and on the right path.

Best performance yes (but no problem...already now it's best), however as always i was referring to other aspects (if you read my previous comments you will understand).
Capabilities This new Windows package type lets you request services like Microsoft .NET or languages without specifying the version. Use the DISM tool to search multiple sources like Windows Update or your corporate servers to find and install the latest version
If it wasn't for MS to raise expectations in the first place... wave a shiny carrot in front of a donkey and it expects to reach it and the problem with resentment is that MS failed so gloriously in the past on not holding up to the expectations they sowed (*cough* Longhorn *cough*). I'm carefully optimistic but expect rainy days because all of that cloud stuff they're adding.
