Yes, it is working perfectly well. I can view all the Windows 10 Technical Preview features and other related things. Meanwhile, I have to do a files cleanup of about 3.45 GB after the installation of Preview Build 9860.
I can say that build 9860 has fixed scrolling with IE 11 on my Synaptics Touchpad! Scrolling still doesn't work in Metro Apps, but now it looks like it's working in all Desktop apps.
Hey guys on hover mouse scrolling no longer works, which worked in previous build, is it the same for you too?
