I put the PC Settings or Control panel in the sins list. We should not have 2 GUIs on a Operating System as we will be using one or the other. Put a god damn button into Windows that makes it so you can transition from Tablet to Desktop Functionality. That means I want metro gone because hey I won't ever use it.
It goes to show you why most of the users are not software engineers. They don't care about functionality. They only care about the pretty colors. Seriously fellow Windows Users... It has never been about the graphics. Windows was never the best looking OS around, ever. It's strong point was the powerful way you could control everything. They've been trying to out-dipsh** the Apple users for the last 2 years. Stop trying to turn Windows into something it's not. Windows has had tablet support for the longest time and nobody uses Windows that way. My suggestion: Make 2 different operating systems again. 1- For businesses and power-users 2- For the clueless crowd And then learn, yet again, why people don't buy a Windows OS when it's not tailored for business use.
Which zoom-out are you talking about? If it is the animate when minimizing and maximizing window then you can disable it in System Properties of the Control Panel, under the Advanced system settings.
I've been using my PC for 2 hours now and noticed the animation is different Just discovered that my windows build is now 9860, nice! auto upgrade
If that bordered people so much they can create e-mail accounts with bogus information for the process only while still retaining their important ones they wouldn't want Microsoft to have access to(I guess that is a joke).
After yesterday updates I can see the Metered Connection under device is back as in the previous Windows 10 Technical Preview 9841. So it's PC Settings | PC and Devices | Devices .

I did read wholy but the "1st sentance" is the one i disagree upon ence my post and not only a post for him but to all others so read it as if its directed to general public before quoting because it is. Going further in detail as to why that post was made i disagree: 1 - that this isn't a build for tech enthusiasts as vali20 or that it isnt microsofts target group as Sevenacids said as microsoft marketed this for the special reason that these "noobs" will be the ones spreading the lies/truths about windows 10 (reason that helped windows 8 flop). 2 - that "You currently can't do anything on Windows 10 what you cannot already do on Windows 8.1" because there are indeed new features even if half-broken like battery sense, data sense, the notifcation center which if you missed say a feedback notification will stay there and enable you to respond the question asked something you couldn't even do in 9841. 3 - that guides for removing things like watermarks (i know piracy will be the end goal of this) and other things like that which vali20 dismisses because it "is going to expire at some time, so you won't be able to use it anymore" because those will be just as usefull for the rtm/final build. 4 - that Microsoft really made a mistake when deciding to release this to the public (larger public testing better the chances because a) no one is going to complain and those who do will be dismissed as they had the chance to submit their feedback b) it get microsoft a massive update testing c) diminuishes the probability of having people say oh that start menu sucks so the whole operating system sucks). 5 - that "Please anyone help me to fix this bug on Windows 10 Build 9860" should be ignored because for vali20 only MS programmers can fix bugs. 6 - that microsoft "lost precious time developing an entire preview architecture for this preview builds (custom update paths, fast updates, Windows Feedback app) instead of relying on traditional direct communication with developers" because those fast updates,update paths minus feedback app (although its feedback will influence) will be making its way to the final version and possibly Win10+ OSes. 7 - that "it will be just a waste of time" because knowledge is power as people say and will/could turn them into less "noobs" in the process I agree with all the rest they said, so i did read both posts as you can see, but if its just your ego i've hurt by mistake im sorry
Today I updated successfully to latest build. So I have a question. After the installation of the build, was created a folder "RECOVERYIMAGE" in C:. Do I still need this folder (2.5 GB), is it still necessary for future update or can I delete it?
