Can you see if there is windlp.state.xml file in C:\Windows\Logs\MoSetup or C:\Windows\Panther?

 

I am downloading mine at the moment. The slow connection I have over here might take 2 or more hours to get it fully downloaded. That is what you get when living in a third-world country.
