Did you do this thing ? Extract W10 ISO file and install it from Hard-drive ? I heard about someone do that.
could try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for it, as it worked for me with my ati ones. its running perfect now.
SFC works for me, it fixed my PC settings problem(when I clicked PC settings, nothing happened before. After running SFC /scannow, it is working now!)
If you use the ribbon disabler, delete the old explorerframe.dll.151 after upgrading before running the app again. If you run the app it will show that the ribbon is disabled ( it won't be after the upgrade) and if you set it to enabled (to try and disable it again) it will replace the new dll with the old one. Much hilarity ensues.
Thanks. But, clearing the Windows.old file seems to solve it. I am still trying to figure out how that happened to solve the problem..
Can anyone please share the checksums to "9879.0.141103-1722.FBL_RELEASE_CLIENTENTERPRISE_VOL_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO"?
Yes. You can run the disk cleanup for C: and it will get rid of that plus a lot more junk from upgrade, likely much more than 5GB.
I just can't download the new build. I pressed the "Check now" button several times, changed between Fast and Slow and even rebooted once (with the Fast option on) and it keeps saying, "No new preview build was found, please try again later". Windows Update says "No updates are available". This is pathetic.
My computer does find the update but stays at downloading forever. tried it twice. jeez. so unreliable is upgrading.
